    2000 SAN ballast

So i bought my first Nautique last week, a 2000 SA (my first boat without an outboard) and I absolutely love it, as well as this web site. I haven't got the ballast system figured out yet. I followed the instructions in the manual and no luck. I haven't yet been able to get either of the tanks to fill up to the point where they will overflow, I did open the ball valve. What I was wondering, before I tear into the boat, is there a diagram, flow chart or P&ID's for the ballast system, specific to this year model anywhere? What type of pump is used? I have looked around on here but with all of the interesting stuff I keep on finding, ADD is getting the best of me. It seems to me that it should be very simple but I may be wrong. Thanks in advance. BTW, I am glad to see that i am not the only one with trailer dragging issues, hopefully I will be able to ''lift'' my trailer soon. I am very limited to where I can go and that includes my driveway, I am already nose diving so i've done all i can do without modifications! If anyone has a tandem axle trailer for sale or trade I may be interested, i dont trust the single axle much.

I live in Whitehouse and keep my boat on Lake Tyler. I can help you with your ballast. I have an 01 with the exact same system. Send me an email at bchesley at nctv dot com.
