what would be the best setting to use for all around use. we do not ski a course, most skiers ski at 26 -32 mph. kids and i wakeboard from 15-22 by the boat speedo. i have it set for rpm mode. in the book there are so many different settings what would be best for my use so i do not have to change it.

For any skiing, etc. 24 mph and above, use rpm mode and know what rpm equals what speed. For anything under 24 mph, use speed mode. Good rule of thumb. Older PP manuals suggest using speed mode for free skiing. I personally found that this was way to jerky for my taste.
