Fuel Economy

Just wondering what you guys are getting for fuel economy? I have an 08 SV211, stock ballast, not doing anything fancy, some skiing, wakeboarding, tubing with the little ones. Never take it over 30 MPH and I'm getting around 5 gallons per hour with this type of usage. Just wondering what others are experiencing with a similar setup to mine?

I have an 07 with the 275 hp engine (no ballast). Just spent 10 straight days on Whitelake. Hate to say it, but 90% tubing (half due to rough water, half due to newbie kids). About 15 hours on the meter and a hair over two tanks of gas. When I can get rid of the tubing, I can squeeze about 8 hours out of a tank.
