200 Bow Cushion

I have a new 200 with the bow filler cushion but it doesn't sit correctly in the bow. It fits fine but there is nothing to support it that allows it to set level with the other cushions. Is there a bracket that I am missing?

The filler cushion should have a 3/8 thick plastic backboard with a lip that sticks out. That lip should slide under the side cushions and rest on the seat base ledge. This should put it level with the side cushions.
