I like them and have had good experiences. Brad Chesney knows them well.

I've bought a lot of parts from them in the past, really good guys seems like. One of the guys there, Matt, used to work at Southwest CC until they closed down. I used to call them directly and go pick up parts. He's really knowledgeable as well. My boat is supposed to go in there to get an engine mount changed in about 6 weeks (as I have NO time to work on it). I'd recommend them, but have never actually used their service dept.

They are outstanding! I wouldn't want anyone else working on my boat. They are very busy. So wait times, particularly during boating season, can be lengthy. But your boat will be in great hands.

Carl, Shannon, and Matt are all formerly of SWCC. They are honest and absolutely great at what they do. I know them personally and have taken my last two boats to them for service since 2003.

They are good, but like ETS said, are busy this time of the year so a call ahead is a must before you drop one off. That way you have a better idea of time frame. Shannon was the service manager at South West Correct Craft for years and was the go to guy for all the dealers in the southwest for problems they could not figure out so you are in good hands.
