Engine Oil and Tranny Fluid Types?

Hey, I've got a 2006 Air Nautique (Direct Drive) and I have never had to add a drop of any fluids to it (except the the normal changes at the shop), none the less it is probably a good idea to carry some with me when I go out. What tranny fluid should I be running and what engine oil?

Oh ya, I have the 5.7L Chevy PCM

I run 15W40 Rotella in the block and Dexron III in the tranny. You might want to check and see what the foks who service it use for engine oil. Seems like alot of folks run lighter weight oils.
