I had a very similar experience. I had my SV 211 shipped from NJ to California. In the process several unfortunate things happened and the boat arrived damaged. (It left NJ pristine) anyway, what I see in your pic's is exactly what happened to mine. I took it to a local ,but very highly recommended fiberglass guy, and I can tell you that he delivered a boat that was better than new. I would not expect you hassle with getting it fixed, but you should tell the dealer he needs to fix before you accept. If it's just surface cloudiness, then it gets buffed out, if it's a scratch, then they re-gel coat with Spectrum gelcoat. The guys at CC told me that Spectrum was every bit as good as what they use, and recommend them for repair material. long story short, I am thrilled , and you will be to, when it gets worked out.
