Cover Sports cover or regular Sunbrella?

Any thoughts? I have to get a new cover for my boat as the one I bought just isn't working out. It was a poly-guard cover and lets dust through.
Soo.... I'm in the market for a new cover. Should I go with a normal Sunbrella cover or a Cover Sports Sunbrella cover?

You know my vote! I love my Cover Sports cover. This is one of my favorite accessories I have had in a long time. Sounds weird, but this cover is that great!

That's what I'm leaning to. I got the poly-guard cover from White Lake, but I must have gotten a lemon. My gelcoat and upholstery are always covered in light dust when I take it off. I have have to spend 2-3 hrs cleaning before I go out.
Ever have this trouble?
As always, David (and Carver Covers) is great and willing to work with me on getting a replacement or Sunbrella cover. But I think I want a Cover Sports cover...?

What do you do about covering your teak?

You trailer with the cover just fine? My lake is 45 min drive.

Richard, your Teak is covered in Sikkens Cetol Marine stuff. You don't need to cover it, unless you sand that off and go back to teak oil (maybe you have already). Even with teak oil, you don't really need to cover it, although it might lengthen the time between re-teaking.

I think cover sports uses Sunbrella to make their covers. I looked into there covers heavy this spring. Even got a call from the owner to discuss. I still haven't purchased a cover. I'm not sure which why to go either. Actually, I like Aquaknot material the best, but you have to vent it...Also I wish the covers attached different in the back of the boat.

It is difficult for me to say anything that could be interpreted as negative about White Lake, because they are awesome, but I am not a fan of the covers they use. I have had two, and both have leaked and let in dirt. That's why I finally went ahead and got a Cover Sports.

Easy answer Cover Sports! My buddy has his original cover sports cover from 04' uses it daily thing is as good as new. Got mine last year and like Jeff said I also am still so pumped I bought it. Makes no sense to have expensive boats with out a perfect cover to protect it. I dont see anyone complaining about them falling apart or not liking them and I have been around others covers and still have not seen any that compare. just my 2 cents. I have always used Sunbrella covers that are custom made. They put two vents in where the support poles go, and I have trailered with them as well without problem. I don't notice any dust or moisture getting through, except occasionally around the tower wraps.

P.S. How do you like that black cover? I would think it'd get VERY hot under it...?
