Hey man..You must be thinking I am upset about this or something.I do not even really care too much about the pictures, I'm not in the market after having 2 new boats in the past 2 years. It's just curious why people do not want to share what they know.

Yup, but it also isn't titled "come here to claim you have pictures of new models, then say you can't post them." If I had them and wasn't allowed to post them, I would just keep my mouth shut. That's just me I guess...

Here is the thing, people acting like this might mean no harm by it, but it's really easy to read it as gloating and/or bs.

I'm stoked about the new LINC... BUT somehow way an RPM gauge should be there. I can handle digital everything on screen but a tach for RPM I would prefer.

I posted a closeup of the LINC version 2.0 on a 200 earlier that I'll repost and here is a 11 vs 12 electronics run down photo. The 200 dash is better than the 210 IMO after seeing the photos Bevan posted.

Also, I'm not really feeling the redesigned interior look. It appears to me your choice of titanium theme or praline theme is now even more apparent in the boat. Why all the forced grey? Not a wise move IMO. Definitely have to speak to my local dealer and throw in my 2 cents on that.

not sure how i feel about having only a screen as a reference, but i am sure it can be overcome. i am comfortable with system alerting me to fuel levels, oil pressure, engine temp, and voltage issues in the absence of a gauge (cars have been doing this successfully forever). a traditional speedo is all but useless with the advent of speed controls. when not towing, i use the conditions, my mood, and the tach as my tools to determine my speed. the PCM manual tells us that sustained speed should not exceed 4k rpms, which seems to add value to a traditional tach as a quick reference.

also not wild about not having tactile feedback of stereo controls, but i am sure that can be overcome as well.

one thing i have always applauded CC for is low profile dashes that are easy to see over. they accomplish that by placing the gauges down low, and their visibility is often obscured by the steering wheel. to that end, i like the offset screen, but from an ergonomics standpoint, it appears to be a reach for the free/throttle hand. i actually think i like MCs approach a bit more...it appears that they have retained a couple of important gauges and placed the screen at fingertips reach....i also think i like how the head unit is exposed so it can be easily controlled from the observers seat....

Maybe we should reserve judgement on the new dash until we see it...my dealer said the pics don't do it any justice at all?

I like the way they have cleaned up the dash, looks good. I still don't like the fact that the speedo or Zero Off display is not a line of site. Not everything gets driven with ZO engaged and being able to control speed is critical for a good pull.

I agree with you. Real feedback comes from use, not photos on a forum. I can't wait to test out our new boat.
