i need to get a slalom ski for my girl. she gets up on boom with three foot line on my ski , but the boot is just too big and the ski is too much to handle. our kid trainers do not have one that has a double boot. i would like to avoid buying another trainer and just get one she can ski on for the next five years or so. she wears a kids 3 shoe. any suggestions please.

I would start to look at a slightly too big womens slalom ski. She will grow into it. If you are looking at something that will last for 4 or 5 years, that means an adjustable boot(s). This might be a compromise, a better fitted binding may help her ski better. But that probably will mean a binding change before five years. You would not expect her to stay in one pair of shoes, for five years, would you?
If you have a well equipped water sports dealer near by, they might have a demo program where you can try different skis, and the deposit, or rental on the skis you try applies to the purchase of the ski.
Try White Lake Marine. I do not know if they sell water skis.
Overton's , Barts, Lake Elmo Sports, and many other places sell water skis, also.

Check wileyski.com They have been making wrap bindings and rear toe plates for a long time. This spring I spoke with Darren about slalom ski for kids he said a 61 - 62" ski (for my 11 year old). From my good experience with them I know they'll work with you to get the right fit. Check their web site and then contact or call, I personally would call Darren before going to another etailer.2010 Super Air Nautique 210 Team Edition

I second the other selections above. Overton's is local so that's where I go but I've had good experience with Lake Elmo too.
