    My new cover

Unzips and rolls back in 60 seconds. There is a 2007 Nautique 226 under there.

That's awesome!! Does it breathe well? I assume you had it custom made, was it expensive?

There are breathing vents built into the cover. The cover is custom fitted to the boat. A special camera is brought to the
dock and used to digitize the boat in 3D dimensions. The digitized information is put into Auto-cad, then then sent to a
canvas maker who feeds the Auto-cad image into a computerized canvas cutter. The end result is a cover that perfectly
fits the boat plus tower and swim platform and covers much more of the boat than even a mooring cover. The cover has a cinch cord along the bottom to pull it tight against the boat and prevents dirt and spiders getting into the boat. The cover unzips in the back and unrolls on a overhead track like a sliding door curtain. The cover is priced higher than a mooring
cover but getting the canvas off and on the boat in less than a minute is worth it. I can't tell you how many times I did
not take my boat out because I did not want to deal with the cockpit and bow covers.

I keep the boat on the lift all summer. My dock is off the backyard of my lake house. The lake is not a Corp of Engineers lake so we can build right on the lakefront. That is why I like the cover system so much. I can walk
out of the lake house and down to the dock and be out in the lake pretty quick.

Thats pretty sweet! You always have to love the lakes that are not by the Corp of Engineers! No silly rules.

Anyways, looks like you have a pretty sweet setup and with a new cover that will completely protect your boat.

That's pretty cool. If I had seen that before I bought my www.touchlesscovers.com, I might have gone that route. I love my touchless cover, but since it leaves a space around the boat, I still use the mooring cover for spiders, bugs, etc.
So when the cover is off, does it just hang at the front of the slip ?

How does it compare in price to the touchless cover?

Installed the touchless cover was around $4,700. But it has an electric motor, cables, remotes, etc. Surely it's more expensive than the cover. I do like how the touchless cover is up and out of sight when it's not being used.Click image for larger version

Here is a link to a similar cover I had made years ago. Worked great in the boat house and in the yard. I could put it on and step off the platform with it fully secured and water ponding was never an issue.

I looked at both the Touchless cover and the Marine Concepts cover before deciding to go with the Marine Concept cover.
My marina also advised me to go with the Marine Concepts cover due to the open bottom of the Touchless cover. The
Marine Concepts cover slides on a curved overhead rail over to one of outer dock roof support posts. There it is out of theway and takes up very little space when rolled up. (Looks like a big folded up umbrella without a handle.)

I bought the Marine Concepts cover for $3,000 ($125 per foot for my 24 feet boat including swim platform) The $125 per foot charge was a boat show special price. I think regular price is $130 per foot. The Marine Concepts cover stows out of the
way and takes up very little room when rolled up. Obviously, the difference in storage is the Touchess cover goes up toward the dock roof and the Marine Concepts covers goes to the side to a dock roof suport post.

There are several Touchless covers at my lake. I think I may have the first Marine Concepts cover on my lake.
