SAN 220 engine option question

Looking to purchase a 06SAN220 with the 330 engine. The question that I have is if anyone and share their opinion on this engine verses the 343 and 375?. Is the 330 all that one would need; or, if they had it to do again would, go with the bigger engine... (pros and cons)

And

Does anyone know(or heard) of aftermarket power performance products for the 330? (computer re-flash, programmer, etc)

If there is already a thread on this, please point me in the right direction.

I have a 07 220 with the 330 engine. If I could do it over I would get the bigger engine.

i also have an 07 220 with a 330. i think it is fine 90% of the time. the only time i find it under powered is when the tanks are all filled (2000lbs), the boat is filled with people, and i am towing a rider. it is hard for the boat to get on to plane (wakeboard speed).

^^^^^^^ My exact opinion as Keegan, only an issue when boat is full stacked and I mean FULLY! In saying that, you could get a finer pitch prop if required for those stacked occasions, just watch the rpm tho

Thanks for the reply. with that thought, Has anyone researched, (or has done/seen done) a super-charger bolt on kit for the 330?

220 whit 330 hp you need Acme1235 prop your problems are gone!
