Ability to report spam threads

Jeff, can you enable the report thread feature in vbulletin. I couldn't find it an there have been a ton a spammers lately.

Yeah, I have been trying to keep a handle on these. Not sure why we're getting such a rash of these all of a sudden. I have been banning users and IP addresses, and am looking into other methods to get rid of this crap. Let me know if you guys see any others.
