2007 210 SANTE fat sac help please

I want to purchase a flyhigh fat sac for surfing for our new boat. I called around and cant get any real straight answers.

In my 2003 SANTE I surfed goofy (Starboard side) and heres my config
    belly full
    Starboard rear full
One skylon fatbuddy on seat (280lb)
One Skylon fatbuddy on floor below seat (280lb)

This had a nice wake and i could surf easily and im real happy.

The 2007 I wanted to be able to buy one bag and sit on the seat for ease of filling. I cant seem to find one that all agree on. Flyhigh says it will roll off the seat maybe.
I was looking at the W703 (260lbx2) that is two sacs and doing the same thing as the 03.
Or the W705 which is 650lb but dont know if it will fit on the starboard side rear seat.

Anybody else have suggestions. I dont want to put them in rear locker as we have alot of stuff in there already.

In my 2007 SANTE 220 I surf mostly Port side but Starboard surfing is about the same, although prop rotation on Starboard side isn't as good.

I put 750 pound sack in rear lock and fill it as full as it can get. It won't completey fill in that space but you can get it close. Then I put a 400 pound sack under the rear port seat so it's essentially touching the 750 pound sack and fill that nearly full (seat won't close if it's all the way full). Then I fill the port side stock ballas full and the belly full. I then space my people out so I have weight on the surf side and some weight up front. It's worked great!

I purchased the flyhigh side sacs that are 260lb each. I filled the starboard rear, the belly and placed one side sack on
Starboard rear seat . The wake was incredible !
