Bemini Failure

On my last trip to the lake my Bemini just folded up and broke in 2. Having a hard time getting warranty coverage and a response. Has anyone had Bemini issues?? Any advice? The dealer has suggested I contact the dealer direct (Tower Bemini) but not getting anywherewith them.

I do not believe TowerBiminis is the OEM supplier for Nautique's biminis. That would explain why it isn't being covered under your warranty. I would guess that if it came on your boat when new, your dealer probably added it after the boat arrived from the factory.

I can tell you that the TowerBiminis tops for 2010 were not the best in the world. I had one on my boat last year and didn't much care for it. It would fold up from the back while driving down the lake.
