08 210 TE with no cooler door

I just bought a used 2008 210 te and it does not have a cooler door in the walk thru, just that cheesy net. I want to vent it for the sub in that storage area. Does anyone know if I take the vinyl off that is around that area is this panel removable or is it molded in the body?

Look at Earmark Audio. They have doors. Great to work with also.

I've used David for years, problem is there is no door, question is is there a panel where the door would go or is it molded solid?

It's solid fiberglass, but not very thick. I drilled 6 large holes in mine and covered with foam and speaker cloth to vent the sub. But cutting the panel to install a door or Earmark's solution would be easy.

My father-in-law is an ex wood worker and did my bother-in-laws door with the Nautique "N" and it looks great but it was a door and he could do it on a bench. I'll have to come up with something.

To answer your original question, the net is removable after popping off the vinyl trim. It is molded fiberglass all the way around to seat.

I cut 4 separate holes to vent mine using a 3" hole saw (behind the net). and hid the holes with plastic trim vents. It doesn't win any beauty awards, but is highly effective and easy to do.
