    Burned by a PN Member

After many years, I was finally burned by a PN member (non-payment). Was only $100, but am very disappointed. Would the forum like to know the details? I don't think he has been on PN since. Thanks to all members who behave responsibly!

Maybe he died or something. How could anyone go without PN for more than a day or two?

Sorry that happened. I would check with Jeff before you post the details (I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious).

YES!! You should post it. I also belong to a softball forum and bats and other gear is commonly bought/sold on that forum. All the members post both the good and bad transactions. It really helps.

That's a bummer! Not that it entirely matters, but was it a newbie or an someone who's been around a while?

Agree w/ east tx, check w/ Jeff first. Could be any number of valid reasons and no need to slam someone needlessly.

i believe you have a moral obligation to disclose the identity of party involved in order to protect the other members of the community. until then, all transactions originating from any thread on PN should be put on hold....lock your doors, there is a burglar in the hood.

several years ago a member posted that he was having issue w/ non delivery of some items from a PN member whom was local to my and that i knew personally. i was able to help have it rectified in less than 24 hrs and didnt have to get the principal or mom and dad involved.
