If it was me I would take a look at their process for caulking top and bottom of hull together.

Get in the R&D room and see if u can snap some pics of the 2013s. When they are walking u around just wonder off and start opening doors.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster...its a 30 minute cab ride away. Get it in the "single rider" line. It goes fast. Ride it over and over until they close.

I second this suggestion. Or: Alternate between Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror.

Gonna pass on Disney this time - but I agree - rock n roll'er coaster is one of my favorites!!

As for the 'sneak off' and snap some 2013 preview pics - I'll be happy to try this - lol
But when I post from jail - can I count of a forum
Collection of $$$ to bail me out of jail --- ??

They're not going to let you into the mold area, since there's a skunk works project going on in there. At least that was the case last week when my brother was there. Just my opinion, and have no factual basis to back it up, but my bet is a 24' SAN hiding in that room.

Congrats on the new boat, I would love to watch my new boat being built, maybe....

I don't think your group will be big enough to "wander off" and the second time I was there, were escorted by Bruce "the godfather" himself (think Bruce is his name?), and they told us where we could take pics and where we couldn't.

First trip they let us see the test lake, 2nd trip they didn't. They did let us see the mold area and that is worth seeing if you can handle the smell.

As for things to do while in Orlando, go to one of the wakeboard schools down there. I went to The Wakeboard School (same people who produced "The Book" videos) and felt like I learned something there. BTW, this school is the not the place to go free ride, they want you to progress and will watch you closely and make you work on your weaknesses first! And there's always OWC if you haven't been there before, it's worth seeing.

Congrats again and let us know what how you scheme out your new boat.

No "groups" on this tour -- just my wife and I. I do plan to bring up and discuss some of the concerns I have seen posted on this forum - and specifically the "caulking" job / joining of the deck and hull
                        pieces -

We're all Nautique enthusiasts for a reason - they build a superior product - and for my $100k + ... I expect few to no "oops" or "overlooked" on my brand new boat.

Milijack -- you said "Congrats again and let us know what how you scheme out your new boat." - - - - So here she will be: (master blue with silver metallic stripe and silver cloud hull) - let me know what ya think - we're about 99% on colors setup but who knows ....??

Here's what our new 230 will look like - - - except get rid of the "teak" surfaces and make it the grey - - then get rid of the black trailer and make it a Phoenix in Silver Cloud with Custom 18" chrome wheels with extended trailer steps and chrome diamond plating.

All the better. I'd enjoy WD in a different (maybe better) way w/o the "group".

Not boat specific, but 4 rivers smokehouse was the best bbq ever. agave azula was great mexican with cool atmosphere (no sombreros or cactus), and great margaritas.
