Just to add .02 cents. I am a new nautique owner and consider myself just technical enough to be dangerous. I have found this site and its active members to be an absolute savior in connecting with knowledable people and technical help with my boat. No where could I receive the level of help I do from here, given CC business model. I believe in asking your customer what they want in a product and provide more value at a lower cost. I hope you guys continue tactfully and not let this become too polluted. However, I would also encourage CC to donate. On the surface I understand the difficulties, however, given the right pitch and the CC history, and dedication to customers they would only benefit to be a silent partner. As this market becomes more competitive they will need to address R&D issues and what a better way than to search this board for idea's and issues.
