    SV 211 spare prop?

    Hi folks,

getting ready to buy a spare and was wondering if anyone has tested different props for the SV211 team. I think the OEM one is an Acme 13.25/16 four blade. I will likely only run stock ballast for the forseeable future (wake rookies).

I did a search but no info for this model.

    TIA

    RE: SV 211 spare prop?

    Henry,

Lets work together to see if we can get a combo deal. I am interested in one of the Acme's oversized 3 blades as a spare or replacement if it works better. If not we may just want to step down to the 13.25x15.5 or step up to the 13.5x17.5, it's really a question if you want a top end prop or a heavy boat/Tahoe (high altitude)/torque prop.

      RE: SV 211 spare prop?

Just an update on my 211 prop. My boat is the signature edition with the team ballast setup. For some reason they did not change the prop to the team prop, mine is the 13.5x17.5 Acme. Yesterday was the first time I had my boat loaded up, with full ballast 800lb and about 1200lbs of bodies the boat was a bit sluggish out of the hole. I will definately be buying the 13.25x16 prop, now I just need to decide which I will make my primary prop, the cruiser/gas saver prop or the holeshot prop. I think having both of these props is a good idea for somebody that uses this boat in a variety of situations.
