    04 Nautique 211 Team Wake

I'm currently looking at an 04 nautique 211 for my next boat, may pull the trigger this week. We use it pretty much exclusively for wakeboarding, and the odd time surfing. price is a major factor, and the only reason I'm not getting a 210. I like a vertical wake, that sends you straight up, not out, can the 211 be weighted to do this? I often ride behind an 09 210, and can say that it is the best wake I have ever rode, when we weight the back heavy, it's perfect. I love the way nautiques kick you straight up, its unlike any other boat.

I have ripped out the old V-Drive fly high sacs from my previous boat, 400 lbs each, am I going to have room to put them in the side lockers on top of the existing hard tanks? I'm not sure how much room there is in the walkways locker? I also have a tube sac I was planning on piggy backing onto the center locker.

If you like the 210 then get a 210. The 211 is a lot different and you will likely be disappointed. I have many hours behind a 211 and while its a great boat, its not the vert wake of a 210. Get an older 210 if money is an issue.

Pretty sure you won't have the height to fill it all they way to 400#, especially on the port (walk-thru) side. I took the measurements once and figured on using my pop products if we wanted a bigger wake. There is room in the ski locker to piggy back a 370 Tube Sac from the center tank.

The pre 2007 210s have the more vert style wake (according to everything i have read), so you'd be looking for something of the same approximate age as the 211 you are looking at as far as budget goes.

I have a 05 211 TE, if u fill the rear tanks up and the belly tank 1/4 to 1/2 full, ur wake will be be close to an old 210 vert wake. Try it out.

          Cheers
