New 2012 SAN 230 Order Questions?

Hi,

I am new to the board.

I have placed an order for a new 2012 230 which will be built in March, I am just unsure of the color scheme I picked.

I chose the following:
Deck stripe: Onyx Black
Hull Accent: Blue Metal Flake
Hull Side: Onyx Black
Hull Bottom: Silver Cloud
Platform: Silver Cloud
Tower: Onyx Black

I chose the Silver cloud for the hull bottom and platform as it will hide the any marks easier then any other color. I am happy overall with the color, but unsure about the platform and if the colors will flow properly?

Does anyone have any opinions on this? Anyone with colored platforms notice a lot of noticeable markings from boards?

I too just finalized my 2012 SANTE 230 order yesterday - below was my color scheme and my 2 cents:

Deck: masters blue
Accent: silver metallic flake
Side: masters blue
Hull: silver cloud
Platform: masters blue

Yes, you're correct - the silver cloud will hide scratches a bit better, but to get the look and flow I think
these boats deserve - I think the color matched platform is a must.

In your case, I'd go for the black platform, but in the end as many on here told me when I was trying to
Finalize my colors, you have to get what makes you happy.
