Can the carpet be taken out and cleaned or is it permanently installed. If permanent can it be replaced?

It can be replaced, but a really good cleaning will go a long way on older carpet. I pressure wash mine and then add some fabric softener to get the fluff back. I like downey because it smells so good. Just be sure and brush it in really good.2001 Super Air Nautique

What do you brush it with? Also, when you are doing the initial pressure washing (before the fabric softener) do you use any soap or does the high presure water do most of the work. Thanks for the info as it it one of my winter projects (on a nice sunny Colorado day in Feb). -MarcComment
