Nice clean look I love that color scheme.. My 95 SS is blk/gry and I was thinking of pulling the Super Sport off the sides too because they got some scratches in them. That looks good clean, but I would also consider maybe a NAUTIQUE in a Chromax. Those are a bit pricy per letter... post more pics ! I need some ideas! Either way.. its what YOU like, not what everyone else likes.... Enjoy the wake!

I highly doubt I will go with the Chromax decals as in my opinion it looks way to modern for this old classic hull!
Mainly the reason why I am contemplating putting the big AIR decal from 2000-2003.
Here are some photos of the first day in the water testing out the new ballast system on March 17th, 2012. This is taken near Sarnia on the St. Clair river part of the Great Lakes chain. The water was 39F
Plan to shred wednesday with some highly unsual above 70s temps

It looks great man! How did the ballast testing go? Everything work out the way you wanted? I've been thinking about getting out on the water too with this "crazy warm summer" weather in March. I don't think I'll have time soon, so will probably have to wait until hopefully April. Enjoy the first shred!!2002 SANTE

Unrelated question to the decals, but... I have a 98' air nautique with a tandem axle trailer as well, and am wanting to upgrade to larger wheels with lower profile tires (like you have on your trailer in the picture) My stock wheels are 5 lug, 14" wheels which I assume is what yours came with. What size wheels and tires are on your trailer now? They appear to clear nicely and look amazing. I have a great source, but I am trying to find out what size I need for the wheels and what size tires will still clear?
Thanks in advanceand sorry for semi-interupting your thread. And my input on decals is to add the decals

So I wanted to change the look of my 95 SS also... I am not a purist like some of you.. so years and models and what came on them originally, really isnt a big deal to me.. people get wraps on their boats and thats fine with me. I saw what delmage171 did with his SS and it looked awesome. I have the black/gray version of that boat and wanted something similar.. so I have to give him props for the great ideas. Here are a couple before, during and After pics of my ride... We will see how that looks when its in the water.. because of the black/Gray striping, the graphics may sit a little low when the ballast is full. Next step is the tower...

Yeah. Thanks. I know it will be in the water sitting. But anything would be really below the stripes. I'll run it for a while and see how it goes. The super air does look good on the black. I was happy with that. I thought about the tribal but I think that's more hate it or really like it. The air shield logo was only $150 for both sides couldn't go wrong.na
