Spider Cracks

Looking at a boat and didn't see it in the pictures but the dealer says it has some spider cracks on the drivers side and that they are cosmetic???? Can anyone give me more details insight as to are they just cosmetic, costly to repai, is this an indication to some structural damage or what??

The newer boats pull to the right rear in reverse so its probably from docking it a little hard. This is pretty common and more than likely cosmetic. I would still like to see pictures though.
