Towerbiminis.com, yes, but John has only made a few for that tower you posted, I know because I waited on mine until he could get the measurements. We love it, great coverage and don't have to duck under it all the time.2008 230 TE-ZR6

Here is my over the top bimini on the same tower. It is a New Dimensions Bimini installed by New Dimensions by the previous owner. It is incredibly well built as well as looks awesome and is very solid

Don't we normally want shade the most during mid day when the sun is the hottest? In the earlier & later hours we are usually wanting the sun...
This bimini is probably 6-7ft long or more, so alot bigger then the under tower biminis as well to provide more shade1996 Super Sport Nautique

Your bimini is really nice but I'm not sure about the part that goes back down towars the rear, I want to install big tower speakers there.

I don't think I would want one that wraps around the rear bar as I will be installing a pair of Wetsounds PRO485 on the tower, wonder if that would cause a problem?
I guess these all come with the necessary holes for the light and the tow rope hub (or whatever that's called)?2008 SANTE 230

Nothing is frozen here! Odd winter! I'll be riding as soon as my winter updates are done And the first warm day late
March early April, gotta beat our record of Mar 7th
As for speakers i have a Pro 80s but will be upgrading to Rev 10s soon and that rear part isn't an issue, it looks

The Tower Bimini brand (under) is very nice, solid fit and has great coverage. Never had an "over" style but looking at it would also question how much shade it would provide when the sun is not directly overhead. Click my link below for pics of an "under" style.
Couple things to consider about the "under" style:
Head banging, your muscle memory will adjust very quickly, believe me, your new guests may need reminders however. This same problem will exist with your speakers if you have an "over". I found myself never head bangin the bimini however on the rare occasion w/no bimini and speakers you would "forget" sometimes, and bang the speakers.
If you need to fold your tower often, consider whether or not the bimini needs nothing, to be booted or removed completely to fold down, as an example, the tower bimini brand connects to both the folding and stationary bars on the FCT2, so it needs to be booted to fold the tower, on my 99' with FCT1 you could fold with bimini up.
If you go with an under, be sure it is height adjustable otherwise install with speakers in place to ensure the speakers will fit.
Here is a close up, did end up raising the bimini tight to the underside of the speakers:
