Mike Schwenne runs a camp in Northern CA called West Coast Camps. You can do hourly, daily or weekly. For the weekly, you'll stay on a houseboat with the crew from the camp and other campers. I tried to get a couple of buddies to do it a couple years back, but it was too rich for their blood. Back then it was about $1300 for the week-long camp, but that also included all of your meals and lodging on the houseboat. Maybe one of these days...
