I can barely navigate over my 07 220 wake while wake boarding, I am not ready for a bigger wake....except for wakesurfing, that would be killer....

Maybe this could be a competiter for MC's 300. I would hate to see Correct Craft veer from the ski/wake industry.

I "bet" it's a 23 boat that is wider than the 230, different styling ("probably" like Shamu) and "likely" won't be intended to replace the 230....I "probably" won't like the price-tag since dealers "will" be able to sell for close to MSRP this year since there will not be too many off the line.... But I am just "guessing" here....

Maybe they've done to the wakeboard industry what they've done to the ski industry...completely redefined the definition of a wake. For skiing, the 200 is it! Maybe it's a 'revamped 210' to completely redefine a wakeboard wake without needing a 23' boat and 2k lbs of ballast.

I do hope they aren't blowing this out of porportion or it's something that can't be bought soon.

Jeff, I don't mean to disrespect you or call your knowledge into question but I personally don't see a 210 there. That's just me. That boat does look like a snub nozed thing. To me. I see the Shamu thing. But from the correct angle many Malibus do look that way, and I guess I could see a 210 having that capacity. But it's a weird shot and it is distracting me.
Others have said that they "see" a pickle fork in the boat behind Bob Soven. I don't see that but I can't blame them for entertaining their imaginations. I am sure that my mind and imagination are running away with this, but what do you see about that boat that says it's a stock-standard factory 210? If that's what it is, it's not straightforward product placement.

Again, disclaimer, my mind is definitely running away on this.

Whatever it is, it was behind a wall at the factory last October, when my brother went down to check out his boat being built. I'll bet anything it's a 24' SA. The big 3 seem bent on competing on who has the biggest these days. As long as they sell, and provide R&D capital for 200 style boats, I'm all for it!

I’ve been on the water since I was 5 years old and riding wakeboards professionally for 18 years. I’ve designed numerous pro model wakeboards with Hyperlite and over the years I have poked my head into PD&D (Product Design and Development) at Nautique to see what they were working on and give input when I stopped by the factory. I have always enjoyed the design process that happens with a wakeboard, and as a rider at Nautique, the engineers and design team continually ask for our input on how to make their boats better.Several years ago, the Nautique team riders were approached about designing a revolutionary new wakeboarding boat that would completely transform the industry. Nautique truly wanted to put this in the hands of the riders and do something different. So we started with a blank canvas and set out to create our dream boat.

Our plan was to begin with the wake. The wake was our number one priority in the design of this boat and we all agreed that no matter what, we would not sacrifice making the best wake in the world for any other attribute on the boat. No compromises. Once we got that dialed, we would focus on making the smoothest driving, most comfortable boat for passengers as well as the most space-efficient vessel you will ever feast your eyes on. Big Dreams.

So, there we were with a room full of engineers and designers, and our objective was to get all of the ideas we collected over the years out of our heads and onto the drawing board. We are the kind of people that if one thing is wrong out of a hundred items, we cannot take our minds off that one thing. We weren’t going sign off on this boat until every single item was perfect and up to the standards of the entire team. This process is something I will never forget as we worked on a project that would completely alter what we all thought was possible in a wakeboard boat. I cannot wait to share more with you about this incredible process next week as we approach the moment that will change it all.
