Ordered another prop tonight and the discount was only 5%. I sent them an e-mail about it.

Sometimes they adjust our discount if they have a global sale going on. They don't discount a discount. IIRC, that's what happened to me on my last prop.

They did have another set of changes from ACME, which adjusted our discount again. The pricing should be very similar, it is just that the discount percentage changed because the list pricing changed. Make sense?

Yes exactly, Gary explained to me that they now discount the price by 20% already on the website so our discount is now 5%.

Yes. The latest update to our discount does not include free shipping.
