2000 SAN 294hrs. What should I pay?

I am looking to buy a 2000 Super Air Nautique with 294 hrs on it. The boat is really clean and vinyl is in good shape. I talked to the local Nautique dealer today and he told me not to pay over 20K for it? Does that seem kind of low for a clean low hour SAN? The options are as follows. Double axle trailer, Perfect Pass, PCM 350 Bimini & Cover Boat is in great shape I will be the 3rd owner. No tower speakers or lights. The factory ballast tanks were removed and installed 3 Fat Sacs. The depth finder is the only thing that does not work at this time. Thanks for your help on this.

If it's been good maintained and is mechanically OK $20K is low, but if you can get it for that... go for it! I think $23-ish would be average for what you describe. Just my $0.02, I'm not an expert, just been looking at SSN's and early SAN's a lot for the last year.

Look around the classifieds here, onlyinboards.com, and the other boat classified websites. You can get a feel pretty quick for what they are generally listed at. I think Trip threw out some good numbers, I would think a 2000 in very good condition could still fetch mid 20's.
