The 1248 is a new prop I haven't seen or used yet. I don't remember exactly what the specs on the 536 are and ACME doesn't list it anymore. I think 13.25 17.0 0.150 cup 4 blade. The added diameter will help some with lower end, but I'm not real sure what it will do on the top. ACME will allow you to test different props. You have to purchase them, but can swap for something else if needed to get the right fit. Might be something to look into.

I still swear by the 1464 or 1578 as they now call it if running 2000+ lbs. I've been wanting to try out the 2406 (13.5 14.5 0.060 cup 5 blade) and the 1846 (14.0 14.25 0.150 cup 4 blade). I want to try a 5 blade just to see if they are worth some of the hype they get, but really think a 14.0 prop is where it's at... IF I can swing such a big prop. I don't know if there is enough clearence between the prop and hull without causing hull burn issues like others have seen on the '08+ models.

Core-rider what RPM are you turning at 35 MPH. I am ordering one this week, Still on the fence

      The 1248 is pitch 16, Diameter 13 1/2 cup .105
      The 644 is pitch 16, Diameter 13 1/4 cup .105
      The 856 is pitch 15 1/2 Diameter: 13 1/4, Cup: .060
      The 1236 is pitch 14 1/4 Diameter: 13 1/2, Cup: .150
      The 1464/1578 is pitch 14 1/4 Diameter: 13 1/2, Cup: .105

I want to be able to slalom, but it rarely happens as I usually Slalom behind my Grandpa's 1994 Master Craft Prostar 205.

So I basically 90% of the time I Wake board, Wake surf, and TUBE with only 1000lbs of ballast and about 8 people on board average. But if it's glass I would love to have the option to make a couple turns on the Ski.

Not real sure at 35MPH as I never go above 4000RPMs. At 4000RPMs I'm running about 32 with a full tank of gas and no ballast. Would probably be around 4300-4500RPMs at 35MPH.

No real reason, just don't. I guess on occation I do go above 4000, just not for extended periods of time.

I would say the 1248 would be a good prop for you. I ran the 644 which is almost the same and i just had longer times out of the hole. That's why I went to the 1464 (1578), to get on plane quicker.

Between the 1248 and 644, they're almost identical. Is 1/4" in cup worth the extra 80$.

              644 price is 440$
              1248 price is 517$

IMO, the extra diameter will help you. You can move more water with a larger prop which will help you out of the hole and on top end. Don't forget to use the discoount code!

Alright, I'll decide between the 644-1248. It's tough because they're so close to the same thing.
                  What is the code.
