I have the exact same boat. I bought it with the new gauges already installed as well so didnt know the hours. I had the dealer do a compression test and also took it to another dealer to check out and have a compression test done. They both came back nearly the same and almost perfect, so I bought it. Ive put over 400 trouble free hours on it since 08. To me that boat looks in really good shape as long as the motor checks out and with a good cleaning. Sure you can put perfectpass, ballast, stereo, etc... in it but dont need all that stuff to have a great time on the water with that thing right away! If everything checks out I would offer 17.5K and probably be willing to pay 18k. Sell that trailer and get a double axle. That interior will last a couple more seasons as well.
Also that must be a late model 01 because it has speakers in the bow and I didnt think they started doing that until 02.
