More Kudos for Buxton

Just felt like I needed to to say thanks for a dealer going above and beyond what's considered normal. After putting the boat in the dock for the summer, I noticed one of my ballast pumps( warranty ) wasn't working. So I called Buxton and talked to Andrew to see if they ever go to Possum Kingdom for service. From Buxton To PK is over 100 miles and half of it is under construction, so for me to load the boat up, take the long trip to Buxtons, leave the boat, return to pick up the boat, drive another 100 miles, re-load the boat in the wasn't dock wasn't something I was looking forward to. Long story short, they went to my dock, replaced the pump and charged me a whopping 100 bucks for the service call. Doesn't get any better than that.

They go above and beyond the call of duty. Buxton is the Real Deal. Just bought my Nautique there and they are customer driven and I am a customer for life.
