Is the 5 year bumper to bumper now transferable? If so, what year did that start?

I think I just answered my own question by looking at the past owners manuals online. Someone please verify.
It is now transferable and it started with the 04 boats. Is that 5 years on the motor too or is it just 3 years? -

5 year bumper to bumper is transferable but only parts, not labor. The transfer fee is 300 dollars. The lifetime hull is transferable for another 300 dollars. PCm motor is 3 years from original sale, transferable for 100 dollars. so total of 700 bones. That's what I know for the 04 models.2004 SV-211 Team
