How long do trailer tires last?

Often thought of taking the tires off the trailer and storing them inside. ANyone else have luck with that?

Ive had two of the four goodyear marathons on my trailer since day 1. Probably 10,000 miles or so. Ive replaced two of them.

If you do some research, trailer tires strictly aren't the same as car tires. Personally, I'd replace mine after 4 years even if they were never used, and stored in a climate controlled garage.
