Anyone have the customer service or warranty email address for Nautique ? (I was told their mirrors are great and really havent been many issues with them)...

Huh, thats funny because after reading this thread, seems like pretty much everyone has had some sort of an issue - so I want to forward this thread on to Nautique - but would like to get the emal for warranty or customer service or the most appropriate area to send this to...

I was told by the dealer this morning that they recieved a service bulletin about a recall that Roswell is putting out for the mirror arms. I have the same issue on my boat with less than 3 hrs.

Same here on my 2012 SA210TE. The mirror hing is crap. No problem with this mirror on my old 2010 Ski 200. Not sure what they did but if I leave mine on the dock sitting for an hour it will drop. I actually thought someone went on my boat and moved the mirror. Trying to use it while riding is worst. It falls from just the weight of the mirror. Spoke to my dealer and we'll see what happens. Nautique should do something for us!

I was with Adam Wensink on the G23 today, he said that Correct Craft is going to fix the problem. Just contact your dealer and get the parts or have him do it for you!

Got 4 hours on our 2012 sante and no issues. I assembled myself and used loctite though. I'll keep all posted if fails. If there is a dealer fix please post it. Are there different parts?

If anyone is still having problems with this, contact your dealer. They switched ours out and now it works great.

YEP -- dealer did the prescribed "Macgiver" fix as told to by Correct Craft - which did little to help -- dealer has now ordered me a new one - waiting for it to come in...(my dealer has been great)

Update.

Got 12 hours on ours and no problems as of yet. Maybe ours is already updated. I did notice that it has more room to tighten if needed.

There has been no service bulletin issued or updated parts. Unfortunately we had a small batch of them shipped with improper machining . I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. The mirror is designed to hold in most boating conditions although rough water, double ups, etc. could cause the mirror to drop due to an abrupt or constant jolt/s to the system. Please remember that there is a fine line between the mirror securely holding in its position and being easy to fold to cover the boat. It may be necessary to sacrifice a little holding(clamping) strength in order to fold easily or to sacrifice ease of folding for a stronger clamping stength this depends on the individual boat owner/operator usage and preference. Regardless you should be able to tighten the mirror enough to prevent it from falling. If you are experiencing an issue please consult your Nautique dealer and if you continue to experience trouble please contact me directly @ tracy@roswellwakeair.com Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I spoke to Buxton last week and they told me they have ordered parts for over 30 mirrors (mine included).

I have 30 hrs on my 2012. Mine must be in that "small batch". It falls down when you get going over 30 mph on flat water, this is unacceptable in my opinion and I am pretty disappointed that I have had to deal with this at all and wait so long for a fix....They advised that you can wrap some electrical tape around the thing until the replacement part comes in.....They said they were suprised my mount hadn't cracked yet since we have had to crank it down. I did not have this problem at all on my 2010 or 2011 boats....

AllianceBJJ, sorry for any inconvenience. How long have you waited for a new part? We of course would ever ship parts that we new did not meet customer expectations unfortunately there are some out there and we want you to be taken care of immediately. Please let me know how we can help.

I first brought it up over 2 weeks ago and have been dealing with this ever since. They told me mid-last week that they were still waiting for the parts. Apparently still are waiting, since my boat is there for service and not a peep about my mirror....

Kell, If your dealer doesn't figure it out get in touch with Travis directly, he's already responded to my request. It's been a bit of a pain but a resolution is around the corner.
