    nautique parts.. AWESOME customer service

    Hi CC Fans,

    I just wanted to make a general post to support the nautiqueparts shop as I had my first experience with them. I made an order and there was a problem with one of the cleaning supplies i ordered which had leaked all over and the bottle was broken inside. Its normal as things happen and we are all only human. I contacted them via live chat and the rep shipped me a new bottle within minutes no questions asked.

    This is just a post to support them and there great service and I highly recommend them for everyone to use them.

    I will pile on here. I ordered a steering cable. It arrived in 3 days after I ordered it. I figured it would take 5. Did it all online and had 0 problems.

      Im all the way over in Australia and their service, knowledge and helpfulness makes ordering parts for my imported Nautique a breeze.

        I usually email w/David when what I need is not on the web.....then it magically appears on the web and I order from there.

        One time, I needed some unusual 99 cent parts from CC. He said they would be special order. I told him I'd enter all my stuff on the web (take advantage of the shipping) and he could hold the order until the special parts came from CC. (maybe 2 or 3 days)

        When I got the box full of winter parts, cleaners, and the specials, there was a hand written note apologizing for the order not shipping on time. The person was not sure what delayed shipping the order and politely apologized about it and asked forgiveness, etc. thanked me for the business. The person couldn't have known David and I had agreed to hold the shipment for the specials to save freight. I kind of felt bad that the shipper felt bad but it was cool that the person took the time to write a special note.
