    Defroster

I have a 2011 200OB SN. Took it to a dealer to have the factory heater installed. I was expecting to get the windshield defroster outlet on the top of the dash. It isn't there. I just wanted to confirm that it should have been installed before I call the dealer. What model year did CC start putting in the defroster? Or is the defroster a figment of my imagination?

I think the defroster vent is easily added at the factory bc no windshield when they are drilling the holes. The dealer doesn't have that luxury unless they take the windshield off

Yes you can remove the windshield to install the vent, but i can install the vent without removing the windshield by using a 90 degree drill and a hole saw. I remove the gauge bezel and drill from the inside of the dash pod.
