    Help w/ Registration Number Decals

I just purchased my first Nautique and I need to remove the Florida registration numbers, replacing them with Texas registration and numbers. That said, what is the best font for custom numbers or the best place to purchase already made numbers and letters for 2007 226? Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Brandon

I have done my current nautique and last nautique with them to both match the nautique font and color. Highly recommended. They look awesome! Andy will set you up. Basically, if you take a picture of the letters where it says 226 or whatever on your hull, they have the font to match, and you can pick a suitablely contrasting color. Here is the email address too:

If you don't go the domed numbers route, just stop at most any sign shop and have the decal printed. I will come with protection on both sides, you can peel it off and the letters stay together, then put it on and peel off the top....like die cut.

The obvious is the 3" height. what's not so obvious is the length or "kerning" .... I ordered a set online and didn't specify the length and each number was wider than it was tall. the whole thing was like 2 feet long.

I found a shop here in Houston that told me to bring a print out of the size i wanted and would make them from like 8 bucks per side. A steal IMO.

I haven't done it because I'm on a private lake and have the numbers off. I only put them on if I visit a public lake.

For location, be sure to fit the most difficult side first (maybe to avoid bilge outlets) then make the easy side match.

there are hundreds of sites where you can design your own decal. Colors, fonts, textures......do your own thing and make it a unique nautique!
          I got mine here:
