Thinking of Buying an '85 SN 2001 to Restore

I am considering picking up this 2001 to restore. I think I might be able to get it for a killer price. Going to check it out tomorrow.

I'll be following the advice in this guide, but wanted to see what you guys think of this boat.

Looks like some wet sanding, rubrail replacement, decals, dash rehab, skins, etc. Hoping the floor and stringers are solid. Trailer will probably need a full restoration as well.
