Perfectpass stepmotor

The step motor of 01SAN can't turn since long time don't use,it got rust on outside and the shaft can't turn by hand,seek for experience to solve this problem,had drop W40 to the shaft bearing both side w/no help.

My stepmotor froze up two winters ago and I couldn't even free it up with vicegrips. Called PerfectPass and they sent me a new stepmotor for I think about $90ish? I doubt you'll be able to resurrect your current motor if you can't turn it by hand.

I don't remember the exact cost to replace the motor but it was a dead-simple replacement. Hope this helps.
