2012 230 Tranny Issues

Was curious to see if anyone has had any issues with their transmissions on 2012 boats.

Was out saturday, boat was slipping out of gear on take off. First noticed surfing. Emptied and headed home boat popped out twice on take off. Really sounded bad. Got to the ramp to find tranny fluid throughout the hull. Boat is a dealer now really hopping its a quick fix but have my doubts. The boats got 50hrs.

343? I had some fluid showing in bilge area - took in for service and dealer thinks it was the neutral switch leaking...

Yea its the 343, But unfortunately i had massive amounts of fluid down there...

The dealer still hasn't contacted me yet with their findings. BUT i did hear from a friend who talked to the mechanic working on my boat. Said he thinks its a seal but hasn't found the exact one. Not looking good for my weekend plans...

I wish!! Buxton knows i have many friends with boats... Dangit!

They weren't sure what caused the issue but decided to replace both the tranny and V-Drive. Should be up and running by the weekend.

My V-drive has been chattering quite a bit. Looked like there was a very small bit of black fluid/oil in the bilge, when it dried it was almost like a powder. It should be going in for the 25 hr. service this week, so I am going to have them check it again.
