    2007 and up SANTE 210

Well going to be upgrading from my 2000 XStar pretty soon as I need some extra space. An MC is just out of the question as their boats have gotten so out of hand and their quality is just not ul to par in my eye anymore.

I am very familiar with the pre 07 210 especially the 99-2005 as I was sales rep for another mfg boats. Their we're little quirks and things and seems a though the 03 was the favorite or choice boat for its setup. Is their any of that in the newer hull model? Should I stay away from the 07 or any ballast systems that suck vs other years in the 07- on? Any really good year so far with seating arrangements or changes to really benefit more from. As storage is my concern. How about tower variations. I need 4 sets of racks.

I am not upgrading for performance per say as I love my boats wakes. Space n storage are my primary reason at this point. My wife and I boar 50% surf 25% and ski 25%. Surfing is coming more into play as I am starting to plateau wakeboarding as I have to stay healthy. We all ride goofy. I would say an intermediate rider with about 5 inverts on lock. Back roll, tantrum, scarecrow, ts back, roll to revert. Surfing I have the 3 and looking for some air tricks. Slalom no courses these days just open water. I have a21 ft restriction on my lake , but it's really a sub 22 ft. As if it has a 21 in it I am golden. I have surfed a 2012 210 and it was awesome for 21 ft'r. Steep tons of push just a bit small of a pocket but bigger than what I have and it's again a 21 ft'r . Any other boat I should consider? The 211 came up but I haven't spent much time in thy seating arrangement.

    Any thoughts? Thanks Swat

Nope, not in my opinion, the 210 is it. there is a difference in the seating arrangement between the 07 and the 08 - newer 210s, and I like the '08 - newer.

For Surfing: more forward ballast should lengthen the pocket, so if your host was set up for surfing with all "back corner" ballast that could be easily dialed in for an improved wave.

      I'll Echo what HS said.

We both have 2010 210's. I mainly surf 80% and wake 20% ski to just mess around with my little cousins and I have def pulled a few tubers.

I have been getting my wave dialed in on the port side, but haven't taken much video, not sure on the goofy side, so can't really help there.
