I have a chance to sell my 06 211 team edition air nautique and get a 2008 220 Super air nautique. From reading and comparing the boats, is there much of a difference? ok take on 3 more people, both have the 5.7 engine. The trailer on the 08 is sweet, it has the 20 in wheels, but thats all show as far as im concerned. Dont really care much about the trailer, but the boat itself does have more room, but is the wake that much better? the 2008 has 140 hrs on it. A good friend of mine has owned it since new, its been taken care of and maintained. Has run great no problems. Asking 55K for it. he said he gave 8K for the upgraged trailer, which again doesnt matter to me but is an upgrade worth noting. Tower speakers and all the upgrades. Keyless start, which my 06 has now. I just am not finding much diffrence in the boats that would make it worth the upgrade. I dont think his price is the greatest, but it books to that number. I just upgraded my 06 to the stargazer perfect pass. I have owned it since 64 hrs on it, and now has 309 hrs on it. And its been a great boat. really what i am after is if its a much better wake? drives better? handles better? this forum has been a great resource to me, so for those who have owned possibly both boats at one time or another chime in. Thanks for the pros and cons in advanced.
