Boat has launch control system seacocks valves with open/close levers located in the bilge area for each of the x3 tanks. Do these always remain in the "open" position during normal operation? When would or should they be closed? I always run with the valves closed that are located next to the driver. On those, I only open for fill/empty, then close when done. Tks.

The seacock valves are there to shut off water from the system in case there is a failure or if you wanted to remove the system. Someone else will be certain of this, but I believe that you are required to have a seacock valve on any through hull fitting below the waterline. In short, you're using the system properly.
