    210 vs 200 nautique on a trailer

Anyone know if a 200 and a 210 have to be on different length trailers
I have a san210 and I found a brand new trailer for sale that had a 200 on it. It is a tandem axle. Can it be modified to fit a 210? if I decide to buy it I will have a black tandem axle trailer for sale in the San diego area

What year is the 210? My guess, and this is totally a guess is depending on the type of trailer it could possibly if it had an adjustable bow stop. However the year of the boat and where that bow stop is adjusted could be of issue since the trailer is from a shorter boat. Do what I did and ask them if you can see if your boat will fit on it My trailer was from an 06 210 and I have my 99 SAN on it.

If it's a newer 210, I'd say probably not. The additional 3" in width could be just enough to make it not fit, plus the extra 1' in length. If the bowstop is not adjustable, there's no chance.

I would suggest a call to the trailer manufacturer. They can tell you definitively.

Another thing to keep in mind is that trailers are designed to put the axle relative the engine for proper balancing of the load, so if the trailer is designed for a 210 (engine in the rear), it will not optimally line up the axle under the block on a direct drive. the axle on my old super sport was further back than my trailer for my direct drive.
