Padded protection above platform?

What are you guys using to protect your boat gunwale area just above the rear platform? People are usually careful, but there is always that chance that its gonna eventually hit the boat and ding or scratch it. I have seen the neoprene strips that are about 4" wide that stick up there just above the platform, but dont know where to purchase them. I have seen a variety of colors on boats, but cant seem to find them online or locally either? Let me know. Thanks,
