Boat Setup for SANTE 230 2010

    Hey Gang,

I recently purchased a SANTE 230 2010 and have spent the past few weeks trying to dial in the wake for both wakeboarding and wakesurfing. I have been digging around and I know this topic gets beat up but I figured I would ask. My current setup is as followed:

    Wakeboarding:
Stock Belly/Port/Star tanks full. Gate all the way back 4-5 people in the boat pulling at 22. What I am noticing is the wake washes out from side to side. With a slight steer or moving of people I can get it to cleanup as the rider hits. I would like to get this where I do not have to move anyone. What are people doing to their 230 boats?

    Surf:
All three tanks full again, I put a 750 in the port locker and a 750 on the passenger seat. I have the gate back and again 4-5 people. I usually pull around 10.8. The wake is pretty good but would like a bit more push for the larger riders. Below is a pic of the wake I have now.Click image for larger version

So even if you are surfing on the port side, you still fill up the starboard side?

Love the clean water, wish we had that in TX. The wake looks great.

For surfing I would try empting the starboard and if your sack in the locker is intergrated with the factory pumps make sure it is not siphoning out. How close is your air vent to the water? Also, do you have trouble keeping the 750 on the seat?

my setup is 400's on top of hard tanks in the back along with 180lbs of sand bags in each. 725lbs integrated sac under the bow cushions. (SAN230 overflow kit from wakemakers)
i then put a flyhigh fat brick (155 lbs) on the port side seat, back corner. this evens out the weight of the driver for the most part. gate always on vert.
if you have more people in the boat you will have to move them around at the beginning to even the weight. try riding a little faster also, 23-23.5
a lot of people also forget you need weight in the front. if you have 5+ people, throw a couple in the bow.

              Hey all,

I have left my starboard tank full to give some balance.I am getting close to the water with the air vent.

I keep the ballast on the seat with assistance from the cooler
