    Differences in 2003 226 LE and a 226 TE

I bought a 2003 226LE and I want to make it as close to a Team Edition as I can. What are the differences between the TE and LE? The boat has a tower that I am not thrilled about but its there and already has board racks. On the dash is 3 buttons for factory ballest system (my boat doesnt have the tanks or pumps yet) what/where are the wires for these so i can use them I plan to have them trigger a relay to control the new pumps from the fat sacs.

I have already contacted Wake Makers for a complete auto ballest system 3) 750lbs bags one in each corner and one in the belly.
I have already bought Defcon III speakers for the tower.
Bimini top will be ordered this week.
I ordered under water transom lights.
Redid the swim platform last night it came out AWESOME.
Where can I get the Team stickers large and small for the side of the boat?
    I need perfect Pass right?
    What else am I forgetting?

Differences were all options: air graphics, tower w/flight clips, triple ballast, PP, jump seat, fiberglass platform, and upgraded kicker stereo all standard.

Sounds like you already have the tower. The bag ballast system you will be installing should be far superior from anything that would have come from the factory in 03. Definitely would recommend PP and you should get Stargazer, which wasn't around until 08. Jump seat isn't real important as the 226 has lots of seating anyways, platform is personal preference. The kicker system they put in the '03's wasn't that much better than the clarion and since the boat is 10 years old the speakers probably need to be replaced anyways so will need new speakers, amps and sub(if that stuff is important to you).

For graphics I would add the team decal like this one: http://www.nautiqueparts.com/decaled...omax2008-.aspx

And could add something like this http://www.nautiqueparts.com/modeldesignatordecals.aspx

    GT-40, Stargazer, 1200 lbs auto-ballast

The 2007 TE came with an extra amp, aditional set of speakers in the bow, dual battery w/ perko and all options mentioned above. Perfect Pass or Zero Off is a must and go GPS, you won't be disapointed!'

One thing to remember is : If your making it a team boat for your own enjoyment, that's great. But if your doing it for resale value, your wasting money. The title will never be that of a team boat and will be priced accordingly. Also could be an issue with insurance if something happens to the boat.
