Geez - more props for Buxton's?

    Yup!

My buddy bought a boat ('04 SANTE) from them in January. The PO still had the bimini though at an out of town location. Phil or Andrew were going to get it from them and ship it to my friend. Months went by with a few phone calls but my buddy never quite got his bimini.

Finally, when the sun really started beating down this summer, they asked my friend what color he wanted and just ordered him a new one.

I had no idea what they were going to get for him until I finally saw it yesterday. It is a towerbimini.com strapless model that has to be MUCH better than the original thing that was on the boat. I have no idea what it must have cost them. It really looks good.

Anyway, I think they deserve a shout out for this kind of service.

I can't say enough about that dealer, my last boat I bought off Craigslist way too cheap, and it was sitting on Buxtons lot for some PM service work. I picked it up from Buxton and you would have thought they sold it to me. Also check out Buxton's NEW pro shop they really stepped it up for the G25 release with lots of inland surf boards in stock and doubled the size with lots of new stuff.

Nautique dealers should be held to a higher standard then the rest.

agreed, but this example is above and beyond any reasonable expectation.

^^^^YUP - thats what I would expect from all Nautique dealers. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Doesn't surprise me. As I have previously stated Buxton goes above the call of duty.
